In my style of bodywork I perform a mixture trigger point therapy, stretches, relaxing techniques with medium to firm pressure but my main focus is to improve the sense of wellbeing. My goal is to heal the highest part of you so you can be the best version of yourself physically, mentally & emotionally. With mental illnesses at a all-time high, massage therapy helps release endorphins (one of the "feel good " chemicals in the brain) easing anxiety and depression.
